NEW PC - random freezes - no BSOD - error 6008

By luketigers ·
New PC Build - System freeze - no bsod - Event 41 error 6008

Windows 7 GTX 780 VC - Intel Core i7 4790 - Thermal take TP 850 PSU - Samsung 840BW EVO SATA - Gigabyte Z97-HD3 - 16gb RAM

New PC runs fine other than 2 random freezes - both event 41 kernel power.
First freeze was during browsing - no video
2nd freeze was watching stream on Twitch. (logs below)

Q: What could be the error? Faulty part (PSU)? Build error? Something else?

All up to date on Windows Updates after the first freeze. NO other symptoms, possible weird bloop sound now and then (probably hard drive). Sometimes I tihnk the GFX card makes a winds up sound (prolly normal). Is there anything more to learn from the logs that google doesn't report? Appreciate any feedback.

Happy to provide any other info.
