No Domain rights on Vista Ultimate client

By jschroeder ·
We have a domain of which I am admin, all XP except one Vista Ultimate. On this one client I must enter the local admin credentials everytime I install or remove programs or do anything that requires admin privilege. It seems that the domain security is being overridden by the local. Any Help?
This is our first Vista install.

Open the management console on the local machine and add in the local administrator group the domain administrators.
