No folders view in OWA on 1 laptop

    Locked

    by garyk ·

How do you get the folders on OWA to show or not show. I have 1 laptop that will not show the folders and they are not just minimized by sliding the left window over. There is nothing to expand or any sign of the folder list & of course Options.
The same mailbox work fine on all other systems.

By opening IE and going to Tools – Internet Options – General Tab. Delete Cookies – Delete Temporary Internet Files (check the offline content bow too) and empty history.
Then hit F5 to refresh OWA screen.

I had the same problem. I found many others asking the questions with no answers anywhere.

Open up your account with the Inbox showing.

In the address bar, delete everything after the last forward slash

      Type in: resetfolders

      Hit GO

Page will not open and will have errors, don’t worry!

Go into address bar again and again delete everything past the last forwrd slash

      Hir GO.

It should have worked! You may have to do it everytime though!
