Hi
Not so hard, if you start your IE,unless you don't allready have a connection set up, it should prompt for info on your connection (ISP, phonenumber, password and so on)

If I understod your question correct this should help I think

You will need to install the RAS (remote access service) service from Control Panel>Network>Services. Once you do that, should should be able to setup a new phonebook entry that IE can use.

You will need to install the Remote Access Service service from Control Panel>Network>Services.

Once you do that, go to "MY PC" and create a new phonebook.

be aware in you ras configure to make dialin and dialout connections.

On your desktop, right click on "Internet Explorer", select "properties", then select the "connections tab". To the right of "Dial-up settings", select "add", then enter the name you want to use for the connection. Note: Do not modify an existing connection. Click "Next". Select the boxes if they apply to your ISP and click "Next" (The first two boxes normally apply, "Calling the Internet", Sending Plain text passwords"). On the next dialog box, enter the phone number you need to dial, click "next". On the next dialog box, click finish. You will get a settings dialog box, Enter your user name and password. You will probably want to check the box "automatically detect settings". Click on properties and select "Basic" tab. Next to "dial using" make sure your modem is selected, or select it. If it cannot be listed here it is not installed right. Click on OK until you have exited and you are done.
Right click the IE icon again, click properties, Select connections, your sonnection name, Settings.
