What would cause server to periodically reboot? Event Viewer findings: "The previous system shutdown at 2:07PM on 5/23/00 was unexpected" also "\device\NwlnkIpx had no frame types configured for the binding to adapter E100B1".

It looks like your IPX/SPX protocol is improperly configured. If you don't use that protocol, I would recommend removing it. Otherwise, make corrections to the frame type (by choosing 802.2 or 802.3).

check the power. If the power fluctuates, computer will be shut down and restart.

I had a similar situation with a 3com Nic. Updated the driver and the problem went away.
