Can I use an NT workstation to administer an NT domain? Create new users, change passwords, stop services on the NT PDC of the network?

Yes, but you need to copy the tools from an NT server or off the i386\client\srvtools directory off the NT server CD and re-apply the service pack

Yes -first you need to map a drive to the boot drive of your pdc ie: (\\servername\c$).
Then you can create shortcuts to user manager and server manager, or any other administrative task. They are located in the system32 sub-directory.
(Server manager=srvmgr.exe)
(User Manager=usrmgr.exe) Hope this helps...

Yes you can. One way is through RAS, Remote Access Service and Admiministrator Privilages Using a phone modem and dial up networking. Then using RAS admin tools to take care of your business.

The other is log onto a NT workstation with Administrator Privilages.

In both cases the workstation must be attached by network connections to the server you want to access. Hope this helps.
