NT Workstation keeps rebooting

By ddixon0809 ·
Norton Antivirus was locking up the NT 4.0 workstation so I uninstalled it and the workstation worked just fine untill the next day. When I turned it on the next day it would not allow me to logon on, it was stuck on the logon screen. I did a repairwith the emergency repair diskette and now it just keeps rebooting itself. How can I get my workstation to work again.

I have found Nortons like some other Virus detection software like to take over the machines. When I install Nortons now I don't let it add to or make changes to my system files. Reload the workstation then renstall Nortons when nortons says it willnow make changes to your system files say NO!! You will still be able to set it manually
