ODBC Data Sources (32bit) Icon

How to restore the ODBC Data sources icon ? It is missing in Control Panel of W95.
On one of my W95 PCs, when click on the ODBC Data Sources icon in Control Panel, nothing happens, the ODBC Data Source Administrator is not pop up.

You will need to re-install the ODBC driver. I believe installing MDAC 2.5 at the following address will reinstall the ODBC driver for you:

Your ODBCCP32.CPL file is either missing or corrupted. Do a search for it first to see if you can find it. If it doesn't show up you will need to extract it from CD and insert it into your \Windows\System folder.

I have extracted all the ODBC files from all the cab files on win95 CD to windows\system folder but the ODBCCP32.CPL which is not in the cab files.
I tried to reintall the system components. I don't see the ODBC component listed.
Any other idea? Thanks
