Office 97 Scheduler Plus

By ctmarlin ·
When I open the Scheduler + and I want to print I click on the print button and an error pops up that says: (NO VALID.FMT files AVAILABLE.) I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office completly also deleted the printer drivers and reinsalled them. What must be done to correct this?

Scheduler use .FMT files to format your print output. You can create your own. Make sure that you select an appropriate format before you click on the print button. If that does not help. See if you can find the files on the installation CD.

Basically installing Office screws things up (hard to imagine). The following us from MS knowledgebase, hope it helps.

It is necessary to reinstall Schedule+ with a Custom installation and choose to install the, Additional Layouts and Paper Formats, to load the proper PRT and FMT files
