one user's email can't get through...

Outlook 2k on Exchange 5.5: one of the user is complaining that her email is not getting out to an external email address, but others can. users from the external address is coming in though.. no error message on either end. outgoing is not stuck in any queue in IMC. could anyone give me advice as to trace / probes to find out what's wrong?

I would re-check the settings/profile for the users email account, if errors are not visible try removing the account and recreating it.Good Luck

I would add to the last answer posted.
If you configured user's setting in another box does it work? In your system log on as the exch service account and configure her profile in outlook. Does it fail too?

Backup all the user's email data to a pst before removing the mailbox.
Check your event logs for mta or imc errors.

Also try log on as the user, and see if you send out an internet mail from his\her browser.
