Don't know if this is what you are looking for.

http://www.proxomitron.org/

The best way, is to use a good firewall such as Zone Alarm:

Disable ALL cookies.

Disable in-line auto-complete.

Store NO personal information on the PC you goon-line with.

I set up all my computers with nonsense names like:
(user name) None Of
(Firm) Your Business

Disable cookies in your browser.

Disable saving of passwords anywhere on PC (browser, mail client, dialup client, etc.)

Use ZoneAlarm (www.zonelabs.com) to control applications access to and from your PC.

Use WebWasher (www.webwasher.com) to control and block scripts, url redirects and referrers, cookie access, and popups.

Use AdAware (www.lavasoftusa.com) to scan your machine for existing spyware.

If you feel confident, use non-standard software apps (e.g. Opera or Mozilla over IE for your browser)since they are less likely to be exploited via a specially-developed script kiddie tool.

Hope that helps -
