Outlook 2000

I have my primary mailbox and a secondary mailbox opened in outlook. the second mailbox is my helpdesk mailbox. i want to be able to send mail to people from my helpdesk mailbox as the helpdesk while still logged in my primary NT account. how can i setup outlook to do this?

I don't of any why to do it automaticly,but you can do it message by message, first give yourself delgate permission to your help desk mail box if you don't already have them, then when you create a new message, select view and add the from field tothe message and then just type in the helpdesk mail box name

You can set up two profiles in Outlook.
Right click on the Outlook icon on your desktop and select Properties. Click on SHOW PROFILES and then Add the helpdesk mailbox info.

Then select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Properties, Advanced Tab, and select NONE under Logon network security.

Then, Run Outlook and select TOOLS -> Options and select MAIL SERVICES tab.
Select Prompt for a profile to be used.
