OutLook 2002

By cuden ·
After you click the To button in an Outlook item, your list of contacts are displayed in the Select Names dialog box, but the "E-mail" and "Fax" notations that appeared next to the contact names in previous versions of Outlook are not present(Q277981).

Do you have fix for this? Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - Q277981 does not help.

Thank you,
-kn

You should have a horizontal scroll bar in the right portion of the Select Names box. Scrolling to the right allows yout to see four columns: 1) Name, 2) Display Name, 3) Email Address, and 4) Email Type.

The Email Type filed displays either SMTP (for email) or FAX.

I'd like to re-arrange Email Type from Column #4 to Column #2 as seen in previous OutLook (OutLook 2000). In Outlook 2000, I can see Email Type without scrolling the scroll bar.
