Outlook 2007 shared calender not always updating

I am supporting users in a large domain, using Exchange 2007. A manager created a calender then right clicked and shared the calender to a receptionist. She ticked the checkbox to allow the receptionist to modify the calender. The receptionist has done literally days and days of work on this calender. Over the last two weeks about half of what she has done has replicated back to the manager. I have run scanpst and scanost on both outlook files. Maybe this has fixed thing for the future. But I still need to find a way to force the replication back to the managers calender. Any ideas?
