Outlook not downloading email

Suddenly Outlook no longer downloads email. I can go to web mail and it is there. My email provider says nothing has changed. When I test the settings in Outlook setup, they pass.

I have seen this happen when there is a corrupt email, try creating a new mail profile.

That didn't change anything. A little more info:1 In the email setup there is the "test account settings" That test passes. 2 This has effected all the company email accounts. Nobody is able to recieve email. They are useing Webmail through their Browser. The email administrator says the settings have not changed.

I had a similar issue

In my case, my email provider had a 10 MB per mailbox size limit. If a mailbox exceeded that limit, Outlook would have trouble retrieving the messages. I would have to access the mailbox through the webmail to clean out what was not needed to shrink the overall size.

Check your Outlook settings.....

... There's one setting which says to only download unread email. If the users are logging into webmail, their email is being set to 'read' and won't be downloaded.
