Outlook Signature del 2 line above logo

    Locked

    by mkarklins ·

I have set up a signature in Outlook with a logo at the top and a salutation at the bottom. When the signature is created in a new mail message it has two blank lines at the top above the logo. I would like to delete the two lines and start below the logo in the message. Any help? Is a macro necessary, if yes how? How do I create a new message in VBA? I can probably do thje rest like delete the two lines and go down under the logo. Can you point me to a resource? Thanks!

You can create new Stationary to do this. Create the file in Word and Save as htm file under Stationary. Save it to: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationary, then go to Tools, Options, Mail Format and select Stationary Picker or click the down arrow to select the name of the file you just saved.

      Hope that helps!
