outlook with arabic Lang

By default, Microsoft Office XP includes support for a number of languages. This means that when you're in Microsoft Outlook, you can read or send messages in these languages.

Using Regional and Language Options in Control Panel, you can install multiple languages on your computer, such as Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and Western European languages. You can choose which one you want to use when you create a document. Windows then makes the character set for that language available, so you can start writing.

If you send your document to someone else, the recipient must also have the same languages installed in order to

So in your case, your friend may need to add the Arabic language ... How?

Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel... On the Languages tab/Text services and input languages/ click Details.

Under Installed services, click Add.
In the Input language list, click the language you want to add.

The prob is because the User who is sending the mail has enabled Arabic in his system, whereas the user who receives the mail doesn't have Arabic enabled..

He must enable the arabic language to view mails that are in Arabic.

As Thamer suggested, the user who doesn't have the Arabic language enabled can anbe it by :

Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel... On the Languages tab/Text services and input languages/ click Details.

Under Installed services, click Add.
In the Input language list, click the language you want to add.
