Outlook XP (Pro) - High Importance Bug?

hi, one of my management user received a mail from someone that highlighted with high importance mail. When he opened up the mail and tried to do a reply, it just don't worked. The same for forward or reply to all. What's wrong? MSOXP bugs?

Please do give me an advice. Thanks so much.

Can the user create a high importance message and send it from his email client to other users of the same email server?

The issue might be with whomever is sending the mail.

precisely is received from sender! i have found way to solve it...just double click on highlighted message "This is a high importance..." then user able to do reply or forwarding...! can anyone explain why this is the case?

just guessing but sounds like that way they more sure user saw that it was high priority? i go home now...

If the email uses a custom form rather than a default form - there is a security trick that will disable reply, reply to all and forward.

Look at the email and see if the appearance is unique. If this is the case, it is probably a result of someone experimenting or playing with a custom form.

Just reply on a new email.
