PDF files causing physical memory dump

By hdrysdale ·
I am trying to open and print Adobe .pdf files that have been burned to a CD, every time I open a .pdf file and go to print it the PC does a physical memory dump and goes to a blue screen. This computer is running a restaurant POS system along with several networked terminals. OS is Win NT, printing to an HP Laser Jet 2100 printer. Any known fixes or gliches?

A driver has generated the stop message and it would be difficult to tell you what driver is involved in creating the blue screen, you could try updating the printer drivers and see if that would clear up the problem,so try updating the printer drivers.

Makes sense, would you happen to know if there are any known issues with Abode .pdf files and Lexmark printers as well? I am running into this problems with PC's printing both to HP 2100's and to Lexmark Optra E+ printers.

It sounds like you have a memory caching issue. Check those settings.
