Going down to like 4000 records in Text format. I needed to transfer the data into excel. But i did import the data into excel but when i transpose, all the record stays in a single column. Can i have the data to be in data row.

Sure...

Paste it into Word.

run replace (Ctrl-h)
1. ^p,^p replace with {MyNewPara}
2. ^p replace with ^t
3. {MyNewPara} replace with ^p

Now: paste this into one column in Excel and run the command to split into several columns, with {TAB} as delimiter.

Depending on what is visible here or not, you may need to adjust the strings slightly.
