PLS URGENTLY HELP me in WEB DESIGN

Hello friends
I am sure that you all have visited microsoft's site
I wonder if you could help me

The blue link navigation bar that you see in microsoft.com which acts as a dropdown menu for entire site's links i want know how we can implement that in our web pages. Is it some Activex control or what?

i want ask how could achive this this.
Is it some kind of scripting ?
we make such dropdown navigational bar
pls. help me by posting your techniques

If you have Macromedia Flash or DreamWeaver you can do it with those programs.

I looked at the source for the Navigation bar. It is a Java Scripted bar.

You can download the javascript source code for an almost identicle menu called Cool Menu or something like that. It is somewhere on the tech section of Netscape.com's site.

Take a look at www.cbba.com to see it in action. We used it there for the top Nav bar.
