Print Comments at bottom of page in Word 2007

By ROBDHEISER ·
I am trying to find a way to print Comments at the bottom, not the side, of the page in Portrait orientation.
So far the only way I can get them to print is on the side. The paper needs to be portrait and NOT landscape. If I get this figured out my boss will be VERY happy with me, so, anybody have any ideas? So far I can find nothing on the web or from Microsoft about changing the location that Word 2007 uses to print Comments.

Use "headers and footers"

Just double left click at the top of the page to open the "Header & footer tools"
Edit: Sorry, disregard this. I now see that you want "Comments" not to simply to make your own comment

Maybe an Option

I don't believe you can change the comments print location but you can print the comments seperately.
In the print screen, bottom left corner select List Markups.
This causes Word to print all the Reviewing Pane items.
