printer spooler

By lar213 ·
I have been trying to install my printer. I kept getting the message, no print spooler and RPC service was not found. I tried to set my print spooler to start and I get the message "error 1075,dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion. Now what do I do?

Check these

Check website of printer for possible cause.

go to Start, control panel, administrative tools, services. scroll to Remote Procedure Call and Locator. Make sure those are started along with the print spooler.

I went in and made sure the RPC was on start. I tried to put the print spooler on start, but I still get the message,"error 1075-dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion." So I still can't get the printer to install. I appreciate your help.
