Problem in explorer.exe in vista

Hello,
I have a problem with explorer.exe. I am using vista ultimate. There is very often message windows needs to be closed sorry for the inconvenience.This messge comes in around 35 minutes after the machine boots. Please can somebody help I can do anything it just shows this message.

See if creating another User Account will solve the problem

If it does just copy everything from the old profile into the new one.

1. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety, and then clicking User Accounts.

2. Click Manage another account. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
<br>
3. Click Create a new account.
<br>
4. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.
