Problem with preferred watermark

By gogittum ·
A friend uses a translucent grid for a watermark and I really like it. Doesn't intrude on the picture, looks good and would be very difficult to photoshop out. I just downloaded the VP.net watermark software and gave it a try. I had made a grid in Paint that would be large enuf to include a complete picture. The menu tells me that the watermark must be smaller than the picture. What can I do ??

Thank you

Lar.

try to use the magic wand on photoshop if the colors are different you could leave opacity at the default level. it not minimize it to a level which will only highlight the parts of the water mark you don't want.

I believe once you have that the watermark should be identical to the one file. if not try to clone stamp it.

Here's an example of my friend's work. I want to use the grid, but, of course, with my own name - http://nocache.homestead.com/tempics/argentina_07.jpg

He has an eye, alright.

You can't stage that sort of thing. You have to be right there, on top of it...and, mindful.

Thank you for the link. I hope others avail themselves of it.
