Generally i use \\192.168.2.3 to access my server share drive. suddenly, i dont know what happen, it is saying user name or password is wrong. I am using windows 7 Ultimate in my laptop. But when i access from another laptop (VISTA) it is working fine.

Reestablish the Network connection on the server and reset the User Account.

thx for the reply. I dont think it is problem with windows updates, because i disabled windows updates. Anyway my problem got solved.

i went to group policy editor > computer configuration > windows settings > security settings > local policy > security options

in network security section, i changed the value of LAN manager authentication level from "not defined" to "send LM & LTNM -use LTNMv2 session security if negotiated"

i found this from some website
