Is there any clean way to move one profile to another and not lose anything and have email etc working?

I don't know if you will consider this clean, but if you have UserA and want to copy their profile to another user like UserB, login as Administrator unhide all the system files and whatever else that's not shown by default and then just copy and paste UserA's profile over UserB's. Granted, you have to create UserB if it's not created already. We've done this a couple of times, but it isn't a regular practice that we like to do. The two key things are being logged on as Admin and having everything under the sun unhidden (if that's a word). Good luck.
