Questions for prospective emplpoyees

By tomek ·
Greetings: I am in the process of designing a questionnaire for prospective employees to gage their knowledge of MS apps. esp. MSAccess. What kind of mid-to-higher level questions could I pose to test their knowldge? I downloaded the questionnaire template from here but need more database questions. Any ideas much appreciated

I would advise you to check out any of the MS ACCESS newsgroups (a full list can be found at "http://support.microsoft.com/support/news/Ngresults.asp?D=acc")
You will find hundreds of questions with answers from professional db programmers. You could select a few of the questions that have clear and unambiguous answers as a little test of your prospective candidate.
