Receiving E-Mail

1) How large is her email? It may be the file setting in your browser to divide it.
2) Hotmail is unstable. Ask her to send once more and if the problem persists. Try the Yahoo e-mail. If it prevails, then your browser make be the problem.
If you are using IE, then try to re-install IE; but this way: (the best way).

go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Then click on the updates:
click on "INSTALLED components" not the uninstalled ones!
Then click on IE and re-install ALL.
Then you will have a problem free IE.

okay does she get a bounce message? meaning does she get a message that you mailbox is too full?
perhaps she is using the wrong address?
also hotmail has a filter that will send emails to the bulk folder if the email is not SPECIFICALLY sent to you. like if she cc'd you or bcc'd you it will end up in bulk
hope this helps

This problem will always be there, as long as you are using Hot Mail as your E-mail client. The best solution is to use direct E-
mail via your internet provider, using your own E-mail program. Just choose one to use,
most are free to use. I have never seen a limit here, as whit Hot Mail. Hot Mail`s limit prevent big E-mail`s not to be send to
the reciver!!!
