RedHat 7.0-4.3Gb harddrive-LILO not work

By abelnguyen ·
I install Red Hat 7.0 on a 4.3 Gb harddrive, when I boot from the hard drive, the screen display only two work : "LI" and stuck there.
I can boot from floppy disk, however, it take too long. What should I do so that I can boot by my hard drive.

Thank you so much,

Try booting into
linux and running the following command: /sbin/lilo -v -v Then compare the output with the error messages in the LILO readme file:
/usr/share/doc/lilo-version-number/README

Or just reinstall LILO and make sure it is on the MBR.

Reinstall Linux and let setup partition and format your drive.
