I have set a password on my BIOS and forgotten it. I am told I can reset BIOS using jumpers on the motherboard. Could someone tell me how?

Hi, depending on the motherboard you can also reset the bios by removing the battery on the motherboard and then putting it back in.

Othe motherboard the jumper is located near the cpu,use tweezers to remove jumper and set it on one pin, reboot the computer, this should clear the bios, then you can go back to rest pin to enable.

Just a suggestion, before you short out any jumpers or remove the CMOS battery (which is a good safe start), I would dig out the main board docs and check them over. If you can't find anything there contact the mainboard manufacturer and ask them. All mainboards are a little different, I would proceed with caution before starting to short out jumpers.
