When I am surfing the internet on IE6 XP I get a runtime error. It asks, do you wish to debug
line 32
error access denied.
If I say no, It continues to run but not very stable.

This behavior can occur when the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) code behind the page contains errors, or when there is a problem with controls on the page. Additionally, a running Internet Explorer thread could cause the problem.

Still having problem, but not as often.
I think restoring an old registry helped the most.

You can also go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> and under the Browsing section, you can checkmark the box labelled "Disable script debugging." That should remove the problem from your surfing.
