I have had hard time for my bdc to find the pdc on the network , I was connectd to the network from wall connection that serve a workstation and I'm sure that IP was ok and the domain name was ok,

You must have the machine connected to the network when you install the NT server software and set as a BDC. That's all you need to do and for 5 points that's all you get.....

It's not necessary to have it connected. The process is long and lengthy, and involves dropping both machine SID's and recreating them manually and offering far more points than 5!
