Shortcut Keys available for macros?

By CMB from Omaha ·
Does anyone know of a list of the shortcut key combinations that would be available for use with macros in Office? For example, if I set up a macro in Word to print the current page, I wouldn't want to use "Ctrl-C" as the macro shortcut key--because "Ctrl-C" is already used for copying. I would be interested in a list of the shortcuts I "could" use.

(I would prefer to use shortcut keys for my macros vs. adding buttons to toolbars.)

To add a short cut to a Macro or any other command, go to Tools>Customize. Click the Keyboard button on the bottom. Scroll through the list to find the command you want. Choose Macros to see a list of all the macros.
If there is a key assigned you'll see it listed under Current keys. It can be changed if you want. I don't recomend it.

To see a list of all the shortcut keys, Go to Tools>Macro>Macros.
In the Macros in box choose WordCommands and then ListCommands. Click Run
In the List Commands dialog box you can choose Current menu and keyboard settings and then File>Print.
