Simple Change Found

By RGMEnterprises ·
well after searching your Website I finally figured out that there is NO way to redirect or change my account information to the new address and email account unless I log under my former account. Problem here folks is that I am no longer at the former site So your response to allow me to update my account would never arrive.

My former info is
galindor@uthscsa.edu
Roger J Galindo
UTHSCSA
7703 Floyd Curl Dr
San Antonio Texas 78229

my new email is
galindor@granderiver.net

I wouldlike the mailouts you are sending to be coming to me in Pearsall texas

Roger, the TR staff does not monitor all of the posted questions.

These questions are normally answered by your peers.

That said, I found a couple of things that you can do.

At the upper right of a TR page is the help button. From there, you can choose help on your account / login.

The listed proceedure is;
Can I change my e-mail address (login ID)?
It's easy to change your e-mail address/login ID. All you have to do is:

Log in to TechRepublic.
Go to the My TechRepublic page.
Click the Edit My Account link located below the My TechRepublic header.
Change your e-mail address in the E-mail field.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update My Account.
You will now use your new e-mail address each time you log in to our site.

If you have problems, there was an e-mail link in the list.
I think it was customers@techrepublic.com

That will get your problem resolved quicker than waiting for a staff member to see your question in the Q&A section.

Chas
