Why does the spooler service continue to cause access violations since updating to SP6A?

Well thats quite a broad question with not much background information. However with what you did give us, I would say maybe you need to update your printer drivers? I had a similar problem when I went to SP6 and updated my printer drivers on the server and the spooler problems went away. Worth a try. Good luck and hope this helps.
