SQL7-Move Database to another disk drive

You can "move" the Database "mydb" to your "I:" drive.
1. Click on "SQL Enterprise Manager" take FULL Backup of the database "mydb". Note the users / permissions given access to "mydb".
2. Copy the Database Backup file to your I: drive. (say I>SQLDB\MYDB)
3. Now in SQL Enterprise Manager, delete the database "mydb"
4. Restoe the database "mydb" from the location on I: drive.
That all !!
