Strange Email Issue

By George Ewing ·
A former employee is sending email from his new employer's email account to his home account, but the email is ending up being delivered to his former employer's email server, where it is refused (no such account since he left).

The user has already checked his personal account to confirm it is not configured to forward to the old-employer's account. The user's personal account ISP has checked settings as well.

mx2.zoneedit.com is the back-up email server for the receiving domain.

Error messages below in order, with the username changed.

This is a tech. problem, in search of a solution.

It properly belongs in "Technical Q&A," not in "Discussions." Please re-post there.

Not only will you be more likely to attract the attention of those seeking to provide answers, but you will also make it easier for those seeking discussions to find such.

Thank you.
