Synchronize/backup to usb drive

By Sprocket ·
I have a 160Gb USB Drive that I often plug into my laptop. Basically I want selected folders to be Synchronized/backed up onto the USB drive automatically when I plug it in.

Whats the best way?

I would like the folders to stay the same and accessible on the USB Drive so I can use on another PC if needed.

Hi, i have the same question before and found in window's a mini program called SyncToy. It's a program that basically helps you sync between to folder, where you can select different method of syncing (mirror, clone, etc.....) I use Clone...where I try to keep my usb drive as the only drive i keep all the new files...and let it sync with my 2 x desktop, laptop, etc..... it does the job for me
