Task Manager tool menu and tabs missing

Hi,
I have a machine running WXP home. When I do CTRL ALT DEL and open task manager the title bar, tool menu and tabs are missing. It opens to the processes windows and that is all that shows. I cant stop running processes. any idea where the rest went.

Wait, I am confused (not an abnormal situation!)
Is the Task Manager stuck on the Performance graph, where you just see the CPU Usage and CPU Usage History graphs, with no tabs, or menu options, or anything else?
That is a way to look at Task Manager. To get it out of that look, just double-click it, and that will free it to the normal look.

Thanks, the task manager window is present listing the running processes. No tabs or title bar ot tool menu.
