The Love/Hate of HelpDesk

I put on a special helpdesk webinar today for some of my customers. We focused on the Love/Hate relationship of HelpDesk for Valentines Day. If you would like to view it you can download it from webex here:

There were a couple of hiccups with the sound at the first but I think everyone that watchs this will get a kick out of it.
I'd love to know what you all think of this.

Hope you enjoy. Yes it's free, don't worry.

Thanks

While working with IT professionals, I have learned one thing: Try to fool them and you get screwed! Over the last year, I have focused on teaching IT professionals ways that they can improve the end-user/tech relationship. In order to do this, I have tried to provide free newsletters and advice that DO NOT tout my product. If you look further in to what I am doing you will find that "Hey, this guy actually has some good ideas and wow, he didn't charge me a damn cent for it!"
I figure that if people like my ideas, there may be a chance that they come to me for advice when they need to purchase a product, if I sell the product, great, if not I'll tell you who does FOR FREE.
Wow, what a concept, offer help for free, and if you have to enter your e-mail address to get that, I apologize, there are somethings that I don't have control over.
