The new google OS

By sweetpea_21228 ·
I thiink that this may be a great avenue of exploration. Google has captured all that business users want, but, will it pull through..

It seems to be stable but all storage, as read in the article posted here on Tech Republic, will be done in a 'cloud'. What if the cloud fails?

The cloud DID fail. A long time ago. That is why we no longer use mainframe systems.

"Google has captured all that business users want, ..."

No local storage, no way to install or run any apps locally, will initially only run on a netbook, useless without an Internet connect, unable to access corporate VPNs. This is NOT 'all that business users want'.
