throughput speed

By jrandrup ·
Does anyone know how fast the following are? Is there a table anywhere which compares the speed?

USB
SCSI
FIREWIRE

Specifically, I'm trying to figure out which would be the fastest type of scanner to connect to a pc.

Thanks

I know that firewire is the fastest of the three types of connections. Here is a site that I found that has a table for you. I know they make exernal hard drives that work through fire wire, and actually work well.

This is another book report question. Please search the web for your answers.

And when you do, let me know when you find a "SCSI" Scanner

You need an attitude adjustment, mister. We have had SCSI scanners in the past, ordered by one of our departments without consulting us (the IT department). There were lots of issues. I had searched the web, which is why i posted it here, for a faster answer, which I did get. BUT...not by you!!!!! As my mother would say, if you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say anything!
