Community tag

Hopefully the "community" tag will make this and similar community-based discussions easier to find on the site!

The what now???

by AnsuGisalas In reply to Community tag

We have a Community now? :0
58 posts?!? Enough for the Number 1 Blabbymouth place?
And if I stop posting altogether, will others start making negative amounts of posts?
[theatrically]O tempura, o mora!
And Memento te bibendum esse! and all that jazz...

Weird, I have the other question.

by seanferd In reply to The what now???

There are tags? Where do we find or use these tags?

edit: And if I click the community tag, which I see only in this thread, the search results are ninety percent irrelevant. I rarely see tags anywhere, and no easy way to use them. So i should start bookmarking tags to search by? http://www.techrepublic.com/topics/community

Does TR know that its search function is worse than ever?

Using tags

by Sonja Thompson Staff In reply to Weird, I have the other q ...

I selected the community tag when I created this discussion - and it was the first result when I typed "community" (no quotes) into the Search box and selected Discussions as the Content Type.

Love it

by AnsuGisalas In reply to Using tags

List of "related tags" does not include "community".
If the number of tags is finite, and presumably relatively small; why are they not open to access directly? Say, as an alphabetized list of all tags.
TR search is the creature from the black lagoon what's lost it's spectacles!
