arse and back - sciatica type thing, and since I got to sit up to relieve the pain for about 20 plus hours a day, I spend the time in front of my computer. You see the results.

The weird Hours that you have been up wasting your time on TR.

It's really quite Therapeutic posting on TR isn't it?

my replies to Thoiness, and his posts, in the Should You be Able to Sue Developers thread. It tried to have a serious discussion on the subject with him and gave up and stopped reading or responding to his posts when I finally realised the silly bugger was being a major troll and I was letting him get away with it. So I figure his replies and my responses, and his further replies, in that thread aren't legitimate posts.

Thanks for taking the time to put the stats together. I figure the Spam buster stats should be good this week as I caught a couple of big posters and noticed a couple of others did too.

Not bad, Ernest! Nice work - even for catching those pesky spammers.

lucky and found them within a few minutes of them starting.

I am surprised about the votes, as I don't watch them and didn't see any going up, I'll have to look for them.

The Q&A is mostly on question of stuff I'm either not experienced enough in or out of date about now, so I rarely get to answer what's there - which is a shame.

You're usually quite informed about the topics you choose to talk about, besides, if I can get 7 votes for telling a guy to fashion a tin foil hat I'm sure you could do much better for serious answers.

when I see a spammer I open up as many of their posts as I can and then go from one to the next flagging them. At times someone else is doing the same thing but a few seconds ahead of me, thus they get the spam flag credit and I don't. I know I flag a lot of those abcshopping posts, he had about a dozen up, but I didn't get the credit for them all as I got beat on a couple.

I open them one at a time. I still haven't figured out how to easily see more than the spammer's most recent four posts. 'View All' has been dead for a while; has it ever worked reliably since the Reformation?

to see more of the spammers' posts I typically use Opera and multiple
tabs...sometimes I'll open a spammer post in a new Opera window
then open the posts in a new tab in that window...this works in both
Windows and when I'm booted into Slax.

click on each link, and work my way through them.

I tried 'View All' on Friday and all I received was a page with the surrounding frames and a blank center. Today it works. I don't recall flushing my cache, although FF did update to version 15 within the last couple of days.

Jinkies, Scooby-Doo; it's a mystery!

get started spoiling! Plus, we're expecting some cooler temps!! Instead
of baking at over 100 degrees F, might be in the low 80s! :)

Are you trying to imply that the New Granddaughter is responsible for the Colder Temps or that the Colder Temps are responsible for the Granddaughter?

I remember Cold Nights you used to snuggle up to a CRT Monitor and stay warm.

In finding out that the PTB @ TR have turned so many of the disreputable people into Moderators would be any good for Jaqui?

There are so many other changes around here that he has to come to terms with that the one above may just push him over the edge.

Though on the other hand I'm sure many of the new members here would continue referring to him as a HER.
