trouble conecting to internet only recieving local access

my roomate changed the security on our router. i can connect to router an recieve local access to internet witch is worthlesss i need to be able to connect to internet . can anyone suggest a fix

  Trying to pull his mum wasn’t a good idea.
  
  Seriously, your room mate changed the security, so you need to sort things out with them.
