turn off the win2k pro everynight?

Not really. You can get Shutdown.exe from the resource kit and then run a scheduled task to shutdown, but it will not power off. It will stop at the "ok to turn off windows" screen. We were looking for a similar app where I work. We even bought one because it worked with a scheduled task, but unfortunatly, won't shutdown completely. If you are interested in purchasing a third party software for every station it is called RemoteShutdown. here is the site. http://www.coruscant.ltd.uk/RemoteShutdown/licencing.htm

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
