well you need an image of the O/S in the .msi package format and an answer file to answer questions that user imput in an attended installation would provide such as; product key, passwords, 3rd party drivers, time zone, joining a workgroup or domain, computer name, blah blah blah.

This link is for setup manager to create an answer file: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308662

this link is for sysprep tool and answer file usage: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314460

this link is how to use an answer file for unattended installation: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;136153

Here is a link for unattended installation using RIS: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;891275

I'll leave off unattended installation from a CD Rom as you didn't specify that and I assume you want to do imaging and installation via a distribution point on the network.
