video problems

When I try to watch videos off of Realplayer and Windows Media Player, the video is not constant and blurred.I tried alot of different things. I down loaded updated hardware, and still have problems.I use a dial up.Is there anything that I can do tomake the video to flow like a TV does?

There is not much you can do.

With Dial-Up, your download speed is limited.
That is part of why you have blurred images, and all of why the videos start and stop.

You can reduce the amount of stopping and starting if you set the options to not start until the entire file is cached.

Then, make sure you have enough free hard drive space, and clear your internet cache files.

Even with a broadband connection, most web based video files are NOT anywhere near TV quality.

You need around 2 - 10 MB of data per minute to achieve TV quality playback.

Another choice is to go into both windows media player and realplayer and increase the size of the buffer that will help
