VoIP Compatability Issues

By a.caines ·
I am trying to get a Polycom SoundStation IP 4000 to communicate with an Epygi Quadro 4X. (All current versions of software). Anyone have experience with this sort of thing?

I cannot get ahold of the guy who finally figured it out, but the upshot of my issue was, what the Polycom calls user ID and what the Epygi calls user ID are tow different things. If your Polycom is getting an IP from the Epygi, and you have tried to get it to register, go to your system logs and find out what it is attempting to register as and that will tell you what you should change.
